We support NDIS participants to build confidence, independence and meaningful connections through community participation. Whether it's attending appointments, joining social activities, exploring new interests or developing everyday life skills, our mentors walk alongside you to achieve your goals and stay connected to your community.

At River 2 Coast Mentoring & Support, we provide one-on-one mentoring for young people aged 10–17, helping them build confidence, resilience and the skills they need to thrive. Our mentors focus on creating genuine, trusting relationships while supporting young people to make positive choices, develop independence and strengthen their connection to family, culture, education and community.

We provide safe, reliable transport for NDIS participants returning to their remote communities. Our team delivers culturally safe, person-centred support, walking alongside you every step of the journey back to Country. With both accessible and non-accessible 4WD vehicles, we ensure every trip is comfortable, respectful and tailored to your individual needs.
